Inside Sports is committed to developing healthy living styles and wellness through exercise for children and adults.  Exercise decreases the risks of childhood obesity, high blood pressure, stroke, and heart disease in adults. We have the flexibility to bring our current Futsal program or other programs to many communities to support healthy living styles.  This year Inside Sports is proud to announce we are providing Futsal program to the afterschool programs at Rio Dell Elementary School, Loleta Elementary and Blue Lake Elementary in partnership with the St Joseph Community Outreach.  Additionally, we are providing 12 weeks worth of program at Cuddeback  Elementary School in Carlotta.
